Logan fell to Juan Diego on the road.

The two teams were separated by five points at the half, but a two-point third quarter doomed the Grizzlies (4-10, 1-2 Region 11).

Juan Diego (8-4, 3-0) remains unbeaten in Region 11 play.

In spite of a solid performance from Kira Peterson with 15 points, Logan fell to Juan Diego Catholic 45-35. Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT) grabbed the lead against Logan Grizzlies Varsity on a three-pointer from Rebecca Curran in the second period and held on.
Despite scoring a game-high 14 points during the first quarter, Logan lost momentum quickly, trailing 26-21 by the half.
Peterson led the charge for Logan’s offense, scoring 15 points, with eight points during the first period. She also contributed three rebounds and three steals.
Also chipping in for Logan were Tori Craner (7 points, 4 rebounds, 1 block), Sharron Wallace (4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal), Shay Anderson (4 points, 2 rebounds), Samalie Prom (3 points), and Liz Timmerman (2 points, 5 rebounds, 1 steal).
