Game Recap

Trojans 46, Grizzlies 33

Like many teams have this season, Logan fell to Morgan Thursday on the road.

The Grizzlies (4-9, 1-1) fell behind early and never quite recovered.

“We played really hard,” Logan head coach Josh Zentner said. “Got shocked a little bit out of the start, 14-2. We played real well in the second quarter, just had a tough time scoring tonight. They have some good size.”

Logan struggled at the free throw line, knocking down just 8 of 18. However, the Grizzlies did limit the Trojans (12-2, 2-0) to their lowest scoring total of the season.

Brookelyn Hurlbut led Morgan with 23 points and 11 rebounds.

Tori Craner was Logan’s highest scorer with nine points.
