Game Recap

Grizzlies 53, Scots 34

Logan took care of business at home Friday night against visiting Ben Lomond.

The Grizzlies (12-11, 5-5) turned a one-point lead after one quarter into a 12-point lead heading into the half and then continued to outscore the Scots (8-13, 2-8) each quarter and earned the No. 3 seed heading into the state tournament.

“I thought our kids played great for four quarters,” Grizzlies head coach Logan Brown said. “They executed on offense, and Jared Bagley held their leading scorer to three points. That takes a lot of guts.”

Anthony McDade led Logan with 15 points. Cody Brimhall scored 13 points, and Bagley added 12.

Logan is scheduled to play at Dixie in the upcoming playoffs, Friday at 7 p.m.
